Prior to his assignment as director of Sales and Marketing Operations (SMO) in 2005, Ganas held a variety of roles within the sales and marketing group. He contributed to the expansion of distribution sales in EMEA as the sales and marketing director for the Reseller Channel Operation in that geography and globally as the director of channel marketing where he was responsible for emerging market expansion and partner programs. Prior to this, he drove sales in a variety of roles as a member of the Compaq sales team and in other business management/operations roles. Now entering his 12th year at Intel, his responsibilities have taken him to many Intel facilities and given him direct responsibility in two geographies. It is the breadth of his experience in operations, sales and extensive geography experience that made him the ideal candidate to lead Sales and Marketing Operations.

Staley is a director within the Industry Solutions Group at SAP, where he leads software positioning, go-to-market strategies and overall license sales results for focus industries in North America. His primary responsibilities include business development as well as the definition and delivery of customer-facing product roadmaps for companies deploying CRM and Partner Channel Management solutions. He brings more than 15 years of experience in building, selling and implementing these systems to the role, including 10 years as a product manager, product marketer and sales consultant for a variety of market-leading channel management solution providers. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy as well as a Master of Science in Systems Management and Information Systems from the University of Southern California. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
