The official opening included participation by Tran Van Loi, vice chairman of Binh Duong Province's People’s Committee.
SV Probe’s is a subsidiary of Ellipsiz Ltd. (Singapore). Kevin Kurtz, executive vice president of Ellipsiz and CEO of SV Probe, said, “The opening of this new factory is a significant milestone for us. Our Vietnam factory will be the center of manufacturing excellence to help us strengthen our production capacity and cost efficiency.”
SV Probe, ranked as the fourth-largest probe card company by VLSI Research Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.), operates six probe card factories, located in the United States, France, China, Vietnam and Taiwan.
