Fluoroware, EMPAK Merge

US Fluoroware (Chaska, Minn.) and EMPAK (Colorado Springs, Colo.) have completed their merger to form Entegris. The new company is based in Chaska, Minn., and will be organized into five operating businesses: critical fluid management (CFM), electronic shipping products (ESP), wafer management (WM), test assembly and packaging (TAP), and private label (PL) for custom manufacturing. The new company has manufacturing facilities in the United States, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea.
