Consilium Inc.
(Mountain View, Calif.) signed a strategic marketing agreement with
AutoSimulations Inc. (Bountiful, Utah) to integrate AutoSimulations' planning
and scheduling software with Consilium's MES (manufacturing execution systems)
software to provide manufacturers with automated control of their fabs. The
agreement also positions AutoSimulations for FAB300 compliance, assuring
compatibility with Consilium's next-generation FAB300 software, a factory
control system for fully-automated fabs currently undergoing development and
customer testing.
