Genus was mentioned in the article "Copper Goes Mainstream" in our April issue as having an ECD tool capability. This was incorrect, and the sentence should have read, "Quite remarkably, a customer development partner, using a Semitool ECD tool, filled this 40:1 aspect ratio without voids." We apologize both to Genus and Semitool for any inconvenience this may have caused.
