Craig C. Ramsey has been promoted to senior
vice president, marketing, at Quad Systems Corp. (Willow Grove, Pa.). His
responsibilities include directing marketing communications and developing and

Jeremy Jones has been appointed director and
product line manager for Cabot Corp.'s (Aurora, Ill.) Microelectronics Materials
Division's emerging polishing pad business. He is chartered with leading the

customers, identifying new product opportunities and developing and

Dr. Richard Chicotka has been appointed vice
president of engineering at CVC (Rochester, N.Y.). He will be responsible for
process engineering, systems engineering, control systems engineering,
installation engineering, test and integration and wafer services. Chicotka

Dr. Stephen H. Jones has succeeded Dr.
Thomas G. Digges, Jr. as president of Virginia Semiconductor (Fredericksburg,

president of manufacturing and quality at ENI (Rochester, N.Y.). He will oversee
