Craig C. Ramsey has been promoted to senior

Jeremy Jones has been appointed director and

Dr. Richard Chicotka has been appointed vice
president of engineering at CVC (Rochester, N.Y.). He will be responsible for
process engineering, systems engineering, control systems engineering,
installation engineering, test and integration and wafer services. Chicotka

Dr. Stephen H. Jones has succeeded Dr.
Thomas G. Digges, Jr. as president of Virginia Semiconductor (Fredericksburg,
