Philips Completes MAG Sale to Accurel Systems

Philips Semiconductors
(Sunnyvale, Calif.) completed the sale of its Materials Analysis Group (MAG) to Accurel
Systems International Corp. (Sunnyvale, Calif.) Accurel will take over and operate all MAG
group's services, personnel and equipment. The MAG staff will not be downsized and will be
relocated to Accurel facilities, where is expected to continue serving its current
customer base, including Philips.
