Model A4520 is an aqueous cleaner for flip chips and advanced packaging, compatible with all lead-free, no-clean and eutectic materials when run at low temperatures and low concentrations. The unit is effective without the use of sump-side additives and provides brilliant joints. A4520 cleaner is widely used in military applications or anywhere a robust cleaner is needed for the harder-to-clean fluxes. Features include long bath life, RoHS compliance and no use of CFCs or HAPs in a biodegradable aqueous solution. This cleaning chemistry is available in 1, 5 and 55 gal containers.
