The ACX 3201 Adap Torr Controller, a downstream pressure adaptive controller, maintains desired chamber pressure. It features self-tuning mode flexibility, which eliminates manual PID tuning or learning algorithms. Programmable options for PID and PID learning and hybrids are available.
