LT-STM low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope is for atomic/molecular manipulation. It is designed for working on an atomic scale at lowest temperatures down to 4 K. The STM is integrated into a UHV system with helium cryostat, and the modified Besocke beetle design ensures stability and accuracy.
